Don Corey Washington
Don Corey, a resident of Orange, New Jersey has traveled extensively throughout the eastern Caribbean islands with his pastor, Bishop Leo C. Smith, Jr. serving as the Eastern Caribbean Council of Nations, 36th Episcopal District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World as the conference music minister.
Don has performed in various theatrical productions such as Mama I Want To Sing and Woody Kings I Have A Dream and God’s Trombones.
He has also performed with great actors such as Trezana Beverly (For Colored Girls) and Keith David and many others. He has been featured on a number of recordings including The C.D. Hawkins Singers (Word/Epic label) titled A Mighty Fortress and Live Praise From Antigua (Tyscot label). His vocals can be found on Philip Bailey’s most recent recording Soul On Jazz. He is a studio session singer and a writer of songs.
